A large smock mill, built in 1828, and once driving three pairs of millstones. Working until 1943. Repaired in 1956-8 and in 1998-9 with new sails. Machinery intact but requires restoration. Now again turning by wind.

Opening times

National Mills Weekend and August bank holiday Monday, 13.00-17.00. Parties by appointment at other times.
