7 miles N of Chichester, at S end of Singleton village on A286. Turn S. Museum entrance 30 yds on R.

The Pevensey windpump came from an old clay pit near Pevensey and Westham Station. This is a rare survival of a wooden windpump, a type which must have been quite common at one time.

Opening times 2016
Open daily, mid-February to December. (see web site for details). Opening times, 10.30-18.00 during summer time; 10.30-16.00 rest of the year. Parties by prior arrangement.
