About 2 miles W of Watton, off B1108, near the river on the edge of the village.
This tower wind and watermill is a very interesting example. Two pairs of millstones were driven by the waterwheel and, in the upper half of the same building, two more pairs were driven by the windmill. Alongside the mill is a Bramah pump and a pair of hydraulic rams.
