Berkswell Windmill, Balsall Common

Just off A452, between Birmingham Airport and Kenilworth, on the south east side of the village of Balsall Common.

A brick tower mill with a hand-winding wheel, built in 1826 on the site of a post mill. Last worked by wind in 1933, and used auxiliary power until 1948. Restored to workable order 1971.

Opening times
Not open to the public currently as the mill is undergoing substantial restoration.
