Trewey Watermill & Wayside Museum, Zennor

On B3306 coast road, 4½ miles W of St Ives.

Restored in 2010 after disastrous floods, the mill is now running again after 150 years. The wheel measures around 12 foot in diameter and has been made from Douglas Fir. It has 40 buckets, each of which will hold about 14 litres. The mill is now producing 'double milled' wheat flour. Tea garden, Bridge House gift & book shop, children's museum, quiz trail.

Opening times

April and October, Sunday to Friday, 11.00-17.00. May to end September, Sunday to Friday, 10.30-5.30. Plus Saturdays during summer school & bank holiday weekends. Last entry 45 minutes before closing.
