Stadhampton Watermill

Follow A329 north to Stadhampton village. Turn R across village green opposite Copson Lane. Mill Lane is signposted R after 30 yards.

A 3-storey watermill which last worked about 1945, but the large millpond is now dry. It has a 9ft x 5ft overshot wheel and well-preserved machinery. The wheel is now turned using water pumped by electric pump from the brook.
