Mill entrance is quarter mile down hill to W (towards Walterstone from Rowlestone church). Parking at Rowlestone village hall (by church) or in field by mill (weather permitting).

A corn mill in a steep wooded valley which lost most of its machinery after the war. Its external overshot waterwheel can be operated. Dramatic leat to mill from waterfall.

National Mills Weekend only.

National Mills Weekend opening times 2016
Saturday only. 10.00 - 18.00 Donations.
Refreshments. The mill's external overshot waterwheel will be turning and working a Victorian apple scratter.
There are walks beside the dramatic leat and gorge to and from a 5 metre waterfall.
