OS Sheet – 192. Turn off A 3052 at Newton Poppleford onto B3178 Budleigh Salterton road. Follow road for 2 miles past Bicton, then turn L for Otterton. Mill is ¼ mile on R. A working watermill with two low breast waterwheels and millstones with rhyming dedications. Machinery is part 18th and part 19th century. Fed by a medieval leat from the River Otter.
