A 3-storey grain mill with 20ft breastshot waterwheel and 3 sets of stones. Built in 1640 and rebuilt 1890s after a fire. Attached granary houses a museum of country life and costume. Now run by a charitable trust. Coffee shop with home baking and light meals.

Opening times

Easter to September, Tuesday to Saturday 10.00-17.00, Sunday 11.00-17.00. October to Easter, Tuesday to Friday 10.00-16.00, Saturday and Sunday 10.00-17.00. Parties by appointment.

National Mills Weekend opening times
