Off B 3181, formerly A38, Exeter to Cullompton road. Follow signs.  Park in Broadclyst village & follow signs on foot.

A water-powered corn mill in working order, believed to date from early 19th century. 3 pairs of millstones, cleaner and dresser.  Owned by the National Trust. Picnic site.

April – October, Mondays, Tuesdays & Sundays only,    14.00 – 17.00.
