  St Mary's Mill, Chalford

Off A419, at E side of Chalford.

An 1820 stone-built former textile mill with an 1844 breastshot waterwheel with rim drive last used in 1946. Also a Tangye horizontal compound steam engine installed in 1904 and last used in 1956.

Opening Times
The Mill will be open on three Sundays in 2010: 23rd May, 25th July and 29th August. Other times by appointment. Pre-booked tours on each date will be at 2.00pm, 3.00pm & 4.00pm.
