South of A6 in the centre of Rowsley village, between Matlock and Bakewell.

A  Victorian roller flour mill, powered by water turbines, with four floors of shaft and belt-driven machinery.  The mill was built in 1874, re-modelled in 1906 and closed in 1978. It is now operated by a charitable trust.  

Opening Times
All year, 9.30 – 16.30, but phone for times between Christmas and New Year. Parties by arrangement.

National Mills Weekend opening times
Saturday & Sunday, 9.30  to 16.30, with special events.
